Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping

Unless otherwise specified, all GFBS perishable product packages are shipped via FedEx to ensure your package arrives on-time and in perfect condition. Each one of our products is vacuum packed and flash frozen for freshness.  We then carefully hand wrap each item in our classic butcher paper and nestle everything neatly in a reusable polystyrene insulated cooler with plenty of dry ice for shipping and safe delivery.  We then place the container inside a heavy-duty and decorative GFBS corrugated box for added insulated protection.

You do not have to be home to receive your package.  FedEx will leave your package at your front door.  If you need your items sooner, overnight delivery is available at an additional cost.  Please see our Shipping Detail Chart for complete information.  If you have additional questions about shipping, please call Customer Service at 888-506-6560 or send an email to custserv@gfbutchershop.com.

Shipping Details

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all orders are shipped via FedEx 2-Day shipping or better. For orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii we unfortunately cannot guarantee next day delivery.

The fee for shipping is calculated based on our current negotiated rates with FedEx for the total weight of the order. Shipping charges are calculated per ship-to address and are based on the total weight of your order.

Currently, we ship products out Monday through Wednesday to guarantee delivery of your package no later than Saturday.  We will make every attempt to adhere to the schedule outlined, but holidays, weather, and unforeseen circumstances can disrupt this schedule. During the November and December holiday season (and other peak periods), GFBS may find it necessary to adjust the shipping windows

We ship to the 50 US States only.

We currently ship to all 50 States.  We are unable to ship internationally.  Please note that shipments can be made to physical street addresses only.  Days and times are subject to change without notice.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

All shipments require a physical street address.  Our apologies, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O/ F.P.O addresses.

Delivery

All GFBS packages are authorized for release. This means the package will be delivered to the recipients address with no signature required. Packages will be left at the front, or any exterior, door of your home, apartment or apartment complex.

GFBS cannot be responsible if a delivery attempt was made on time and the recipient was not home to receive the package.  It is your responsibility to inform your recipient that a perishable item will be delivered to them as well as their scheduled delivery date and tracking information.

Incorrect Address Provided

In the event of an address error, please call Customer Service at 888-506-6560.  If the order has not yet shipped, we will happily correct the shipping address for you.  Unfortunately, once the order has shipped and is in transit, we are unable to reroute packages.

Important: An incorrect or incomplete shipping address voids the GFBS guarantee.  It is important to verify all shipping information including exact street address and a valid telephone number during checkout, under “Shipping and Billing”.

International Shipping

Due to restrictions on importation and exportation, GFBS is unable to ship products internationally.

Shipping Accuracy

Please check and double-check your shipping information and addresses carefully! Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids our guarantee George Foreman’s Butcher Shop reserves the right to make rectifications and/or to limit refunds and replacements if you make an address error.

The George Foreman’s Butcher Shop guarantee extends to correctly addressed orders ONLY. GFBS shipments are perishable; as such we cannot guarantee the condition of the package if FedEx has to reroute the cooler.  Our delivery guarantee is only to the address confirmed on your order acknowledgement.

Notification of Recipient

For phone orders, please call your recipient to let them know that a perishable product is being shipped to them.

The purchaser is solely responsible to inform the recipient to remain available to receive the product on the delivery day.  GFBS will not be responsible for packages refused at delivery.

Our standard delivery service is guaranteed 2 day shipping via FedEx, plus 1 to 2 days for processing. Your package should arrive 3 to 7 business days depending on your date of purchase.
