We go the extra mile to ensure your hand trimmed, hand seasoned, and hand wrapped order is perfectly packed and properly delivered so your product arrives in excellent frozen or chilled condition. We guarantee that you will receive the exact item(s)and quantity ordered. In the event an item is out of stock, GFBS will let you know so you can insert a substitute item.
Your package will be delivered to the address specified during checkout. We guarantee delivery to the address confirmed on your order confirmation only. We cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses.
The purchaser is solely responsible to inform the recipient to remain available to receive the product on the delivery day. GFBS will not be responsible for packages refused at delivery.
All products should be immediately refrigerated or frozen upon receipt.Problems with your order?

DO NOT return perishable items to GFBS. Please inspect your products upon delivery. Items should be cool to the touch (little to no dry ice may remain).
In the event an item arrives in inadequate condition, GFBS will be happy to replace it for you. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements. In no event will any replacement or refund constitute an admission of any kind.
